Sentrics is seeking an entry-level Operations Engineer to work with our development and QA teams. Reporting to the CTO, the Operations Engineer will be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring the continued reliability and efficiency improvements of Sentrics next-generation and legacy products. Participating in a tight-knit environment, the ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills coupled with experience working with systems used in senior living or hospitality systems. Develop strategies and procedures to evaluate the behavior of the software/firmware/hardware systems against expected behavior. Continuous testing and confirmation of accuracy and performance of deployed systems. Collaboration with the Support and Manufacturing teams to quickly identify systemic problems and identify solutions.

Vice President of Marketing

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 10+ Years

The Vice President of Marketing leads and executes the company’s marketing strategy, including account-based marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing and PR/Communications. This leader must be strategic but also very tactical by actively engaging with the marketing team to move initiatives forward through helping with writing, design direction, project management, etc. This leader allocates effort and resources to drive overall omni-channel success including the oversight and management of the company website and demand generation efforts to ensure financial growth. This leader is also responsible for owning the marketing budget and communicating marketing analytics and metrics to the rest of the senior leadership team. The individual reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Project Coordinator

A project coordinator executes the engineered solutions for our clients. Coordinators play a role from solutions engineering through implementation and hand-off. A coordinator is responsible for the detailed management of multiple projects, including proper documentation, timely project updates, and milestone management.

Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting business processes
  • Experience with network design, installation standards, and field deployment of internet and phone services
  • Possessing skills like organization, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Skilled with computer office suites to include word processing, e-mail, and spreadsheets
  • PMI certified or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with both new construction and retrofit environments
  • Experience with phone, internet, TV delivery a plus

Essential Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating projects with the design engineering team to the project implementation through cutover; Identifies scope and planning of the project life cycle deployment
  • Performs on-site installations as the site lead, working with subcontractors, vendors, and our clients
  • Manages subcontractor teams and holds them to Sentrics quality standards
  • Works with vendors in deploying onsite pre-reqs, installations, and onboarding
  • Defines resources and schedule for project and program implementation
  • Maintains project and technical documentation, updating company-wide shared copies with changes as they are completed
  • Coordinates with vendors for timely site-req deliverables
  • Monitors and reports on installation progress, assisting with any associated problem resolution
  • Identifies and resolves project issues effectively. Escalates tasks to appropriate team members in various internal departments as required
  • Collect field reports and document network changes to the various departments as required

Accounts Payable Specialist

Our company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Accounting professional to join our staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our team with accounts payable, account reconciliations, recording cash transactions, month end close and other projects. You will help ensure all transactions are recorded timely and coded to the appropriate accounts. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will also post journal entries to the general ledger and perform administrative duties, such as data entry and electronic filing. Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Specialist supports sales in various aspects of the sales cycle across all Sentrics operating companies.

  • Experience with the Salesforce.com system is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales by performing pre-and post-sale activities for moderately complex orders and managing a portfolio of in-flight proposals and orders
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contract, product, price and other order information while identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests and client records
  • Create and monitor dashboards and reports to advance order, identify and initiate activities to be performed by other departments, escalate delays to stakeholders and resolve rejected orders
  • Evaluate sales orders to ensure compliance with established business rules and processes, identify errors and correct as needed
